The cancellation policy of Hawaiin Airlines says that only a few tickets qualify for refunds after cancellation. The airlines have allowed the passengers to cancel the ticket and get the refund only if:
The passengers cancel the tickets when 7 or more days are left on the departure date of the flight, and if the cancellation is made within the day of the booking.
Any passenger has been denied booking.
The airline cancels the flight itself.
The flight is delayed for 2 hours or more.
The passenger or any of the family members gets hospitalized.

Cabin Number One Basic rates are non-transferable and non-refundable, although they can be canceled during the 24-hour cancellation window.
The points will be redeposited to your account if you cancel the award (a HawaiianMiles)ticket that is covered by a travel waiver policy.
If you do not cancel your flight before it departs, your ticket will be automatically turned into a travel credit for future travel.
Hawaiian Airlines will request a charge if travelers cancel a trip a few hours before departure and the reservation was made only a week or less before departure. The penalty will be determined according to Hawaiian Airlines' fare guidelines.
Within one day of purchasing a ticket, passengers can cancel it. Hawaiian Airlines will repay the total cost of your ticket if you buy at least a week before your flight's departure date.
How to Cancel a Hawaiian Airlines Flight
The passengers can terminate their flight bookings either online or offline. For canceling the ticket online, you will have to visit the official website of the airline.

Go to ‘My Trips’. You will find this in the ‘Manage Flights’
On the My Trips page, enter the following information:
Your surname is
Your six letters long confirmation code, or your thirteen digits long E-Ticket number
Go to "View My Trip"
Choose a flight that you need to cancel and cancel it.
You can also use the mobile app to cancel your Hawaiian Airlines flight(s). Remember that if you cancel your flight, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
